Warranty Policy
We love our hair, and we know you will too! However, we understand that issues can arise from time to time. To ensure a seamless shopping experience, we proudly stand behind the quality of our product and offer you a 3-month manufacturer’s warranty, as follows:
1. Manufacturer’s Warranty

Except as otherwise stated herein, Alchymia Hair Extensions come with a limited 3-month warranty against manufacturing defects, effective from the original invoice date. Claims made outside the 3-month period will be rejected.

Merchandise claimed as defective must be returned within 30 days of requesting a Return Authorization.

The sole determination of whether the product has a valid factory defect will be made by our Quality Control team. Upon review, Quality Control’s decision on a defective claim will be communicated to the distributor.
2. Exclusions from Warranty
This limited warranty does not extend to non-manufacturing defects, including but not limited to:

Defects resulting from physical damage of the product by the customer.

Defects resulting from improper use of the product (e.g., lifting, coloring, or treating the extensions, or cutting the adhesive tabs or hand - tied wefts).

Defects resulting from heat damage, including excessive heat styling, improper use of hot tools, or exposure to extreme temperatures.

Defects resulting from attempts to repair or modify the product.

Improper application of Alchymia Hair products, including but not limited to incorrect installation, misuse of adhesives, or failure to follow recommended care and maintenance instructions.

Hair colors are subject to fading. Fading on colors will not be considered a manufacturer defect for warranty purposes.
Except as expressly stated above, Alchymia Hair Inc. disclaims all other warranties of any kind, including but not limited to express warranties, statutory warranties, and any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Under no circumstances will Alchymia Hair Inc. be liable or responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential (including damages from loss of business, lost profits, litigation, or the like), special, exemplary, punitive, or other damages under any legal theory, arising out of or in any way relating to the product or its use.
How Do I Place a Claim?
Please contact us directly at info@alchymiahair.com stating the issues you are experiencing, along with supporting photos. Be sure to include an order number found in your purchase confirmation email.
If you are not a stylist and did not purchase the hair directly from Alchymia, please have your stylist reach out to us with the necessary information.
